Received Friday, 12.15 p.m. LONDON, June 20. The Russians still control Azer-. baijan Tailways forty days after Moseow announeed the complete evacuation of the provirice, said * a Persian State railways ofiicial, qiloted by the Associated Press of Great Britain's Teheran eorrespondent. The official added that the Persian Commission went to Tabriz to tak6 over the railways from the Russians, but after waiting vainly for a fortnight they were ordered to return to Teheran.
