Main, despatched another urgent telegram to the Prime Minister again complaining of the Audkland Power Board 's "default" in adequately reducing power eonsumption. In a telegram of over 650 words, Mr. Main states: "Instead of the Auckland Board voting £10,000 to restore some. old church in London^ those moneys wThich belong to the consumers should be used by that board to instal up-to-date frequency control of its water-heater system, the same as other modern cities and boards have done."
