SHANNON R.S.A.

WOMEN'S SECTION MEETS There was a good attendance at the monthly meeting of the Shannon Women's Section of the R.S.A., over which Mrs. C. Guerin presided. A debate on "Should Husbands Help in the House?" was obviously a matter of considerable interest. The affirmative was taken by Mesdames Bell and Ritchie and the negative by Mesdames Guerin and Robertson. The former had other supporters and were easily the winners. At the conclusion of the meeting members joined the men's branch for supper. The section will hold its annual meeting on July 2.
