The Assoeiated Press says Mr. Molotov's agreement to the inelusion of the Austrian question was a surprise con- . ciliutory gesture. He ob-jected to Mr. Byrnes's proposal that a (lelinite treaty be discussed but aecepted M. Bidault's suggestion that Austria be discussed as a simple question. Alr. Molotov, in demanding the inelusion of the Italian political situation, aecused Italian Alonarchists of being [iro-Euscist.
