COMMUNISTS HINDER FOOD EFFORTS
Received Runday, 7 p.m. RTO DE JAN1ERO, June 14. Mr. Hoover told a Press conference that a universal line of Communists in every country was trying to break down the provision of food for hungry people, thus producing ehaos where Communists fish in troubled waters. "In all the .IS countries I have already visited, the Communist Press has attaeked the effort to provide food for hungry working people, alleging that the food would be used for political' purposes. Among these people are tnil-j lions of Communists who received their j full share and whose lives were saved by our aetion."
