J. Maliei', chairm.an of. the -Wellington Dairy Farmers' Cooperative Association today. Mr. Maher, explaining the quantity of milk available in Wellington, said wheii war with G.ermany end- . ed, Wellington dairy farmers naturally thought there would be a general return to normal conditions with the right to sell cream. Provision was therefore made by farmers in July and August to bring more cows into profit. The restrictions, on cream, however, were not lifted and farmers had been left vrith a ! large quantity of milk in an uneconomic part, of ihe year.
