Defining his foreign policy recently to foreign diplomats, Mr. Ernest Bevin said: "It is to go down to Victoria Station and get a railway ticket to go where the hell I like without a passport or anything else. I stick to that. The result is that I have not taken one out myself . ' ' He told this story to the Lahonr congress during a foreign affairs speech.
