•Sir, — I would like to draw the attention of the Leviii Bofough Couneil to the very hazy and out of date notice board in fr ont - df the Levin Library giving the hours of attendance. As far as I can gather, the library is open for only 28 \ hours ber week, which, I think, is very poor service. Now that it is closed on Saturday, I think it should at least be open every evening, including Wednfesaay, from 7 to 9 p.m. Yours etc.,
