Old-Time Dance Another oia-time dance will be held at Te Horo on June 28, partieuiars of which will appear later-. The last old-time dance was a greai success, and it is hoped to make the coming function even brighter. Sanatorium at Wanganui The Western District Hospitals Joint Sanatorium Committee has established a children's hospital ai Gonville, Wanganui. Nineteen beds are available and ten children, inciuding a number from Otaki, art in occupation. Several Minor Collisions Two cars met on the Otaki bridge this morning and as the result oi frost on the structure one skidded and struck the other, causing damage. During the week-end a cara/an was struck by a passing car. ,vith the result that the formei vehicle suffered damage. A truck an the main road was also struck oy a car and minor damage done Football Tournament In the seven-a-side tournament 'at Otaki on Monday two teams had lo play four extra spells before fmalising the game. Besides the usual two seven minutes' spell they played 42 minutes over that. The contest proved the most exciting of the day, and it is seldom if ever -hat such a lengthy time has been taken to complete such a game.
