AUCKLAND CITY SEAT
AUCKLAND, May 30. . Tlie president of the New Zealand Waterside ' Workers ' Union, Mr. H. Barnes, has been nominatecT by the Auckland branch of the Confectioners' Union as a Labour candidate for the Auckland City seat. Mr. Barnes has not given a decision in the matter. The seat is at present the Auckland CentraJ seat, which is held by the Minister of Internal Affairs. Mr. Parrv.
