Received' Tuesdav, 7 p.m. BOSTON, May 27. Denouneing "liquor guzzling" by Iniited Nations delegates, Mr. Daniel Marsh, prosident of Boston University, said it was no wonder that many international eonferences were "lost weekends. " Dr. Marsh said that one of the first things done at Hunter Oollege was to cstablisli a private bar for delegates. "I am no faiiatie on this subject, " he said, ' ' but it is tinte somebody called attention to it. Uuited Nations delegates would think more clearly and aet more patiently if tliere was less guzzling, and the last hope of world peaee would be made surer. "
