The Thissian and American military c'ommanders unexpectedly offered at the Allied Gouncil meeting todav to supplv Austria with 25,000 tons of food in June, pennitting the ration to remain at 1000 ealones. The council also diseussed tlie draft ot tlie control agreement for Austria, gving Alr. Pigl 's Government ntore aiithority.
