Received Wednesdav, s.fiO p.m. SYDNBY, May 22. Xearlv 2.7(1 watersiders were involved iu a new dispute on the Sydney waterfrout todav which left three overseas ships with out labour. The mcii demumled payment for an eight oVlock start tliough it was nino oVIoek when tliey were pieked up. I'nder the rules of tlie Stevedoring Industry Coniniission, tliis could not be granted by the oflieials. The issue as to whether or not nien are entitled to payment of tliis nature, is oue of the points brought up by the Waterside Workers' Federation for discussion by the Commission tomorrow. After niore than an liour's argument, the men walked away and the ships remuined idle.
