JEWELLERY VALUED AT £1000 MISSING

NELSON, May 12. Jewellery valucd in exeess of £1000 is reported stolen from the room of a permanent woman guest at Hotel Nelson. The woman who had been living at the hotel for over two years, had been on a visit to Wellington for ten davs prior to returning to Nelson by 'plane on 1'riday morning. After unpacking her bags she left her room for lunch and afterwards found the jewellery missiug.
