AZERBAIJAN DEMANDS
AGREEMENT WITH- PERSLAN GOVERNMENT Received Saturdav, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, May 10. : The Persian Government has reached an agreement with the Azerbaijan delegation on the disposal of the Azerbaijan National Army and other issues, says Reui ter's Teheran correspondent. The ; Central Government has agreed to 1 absorb the national army officers, ' and to retain their rank, but the other Azerbaijan demands are jproving difficult. Persian Government negotiators 'declare that agreement must be : reached on all points or the discusjsions will fail.
