Waikanae School Jubilee celebrations in connection with the Waikanae State School will be held during the mohth of September, and with Mr..'L. F. Brown as secretary, suppofted by an energeiic committee, the function, whicn will extend,over th,'ree days, should be a great success. Te Horo School Jubilee celebrations in.iconn'ection with the Te Horo State School are under consideration and a preliminary committee, with Mr. Gilbert Hayward as secretary, has been set up. It has been agreed that the celebrations be held at Labour week-end (October). It is expected that the function will be a great success. ' .
