DRAW- FOR COMPETITIONS The winner of last week's extra L.G.U. Medal round was Mrs. Alexander, with a score of 92 — 30 — 62. followed by Mrs. M. Wilson, who handed in a card of 99 — 33 — 66. Both piayers have thereby reducea their handicaps considerably, and they are to be congratulated on their fine play. The Coronarion Medal and AoteaRoa Cup competitions ' for Levin mid-week piayers are to be played in conjunction with the May L.G.U. Medal round on May 8, the draw being as foiiows: — Mrs. Hastedt and Miss Herrick, Mrs. Franklin and Mrs. Black, Mrs. Ryder and Mrs. Frederikson, Miss F. Wilson and Mrs. Richards, Mrs. M. The first round of the Park Rose Bdwl competition begins next Monday, May 13, and pla3?ers are reminded that a fortnight is the maximum time allowed for the completion of each round. As no extension of time. will be granted. piayers are urged to get their matches played off as soon as possible after the commencement of each round. Those piayers whose handicaps have lapsed, and who are putting in cards for thejpurpose of regaining their handicaps, are asked particularly to read the L.G.U. notice in the clubhouse regarding such handicaps. for - handicapping purposes have now been completed, the "C" grade points competition begah on Saturday last, resulting in a tie for first Dlace between Mrs. Wilson-Grant and -Mrs. Brown, with a net score oi 52, followed by Mrs. Coutie with 53 nett, and Miss Kilsby with 57 nett.
