The Acting-Minister of Labour (»Mf. O'Brien) sta,ted last evening tfhat the dispute had been before the Co'nciliation Council, but had not been finalised. The meeting yesterday was to hear a repoi't from the Uni.on's- representat-ives: at a meeting of the Conciliation Council. He had decided to appoint a tribunal under the S.trike- and Lookout Emergency Regulations to. deal with the dispute,.
