CHOLERA OUTBREAK MAY CAUSE DELAY Received Wednesday, 11 d.m. BATAVIA, April 30. The evacuation of the Japanese former eombatants and intefnees from some parts of the Indonesian archipelago may be delayed owing to a cholera outbreak in Japan, says a Netherlahds news agency report from Macassar. The cholera outbreak preYented the departure of uhe Liberty ships.
