Received Moiidav, 8.15 p.m. WARSAW, April 29. Tlie Prime klinister. Mr. .Morawski, has issued a wafning to exiled Poles in the following terms: — "Poland will close the road of returu to tliose who refuse to come now. They will then be doomed to a miserable life abroad ser\ • ing foreiga interests. " He pledged equal rights and oppor tunities for all who returned.
