Following an argument with the guard on the Auckland -Wellington iexpress Saturday morning. Cecil Hoskyn, of Wanganui, was arrested ! and later charged in the Palmerston North Court first with being found drunk in a railway carriage, and secondly with having in his possession a bottle of intoxicating liquor. He was fined £3 on the first charge, the second being dismissed.
