At Waikanae and Reikorangi the Rev. Mr. Rickells condueted services, and at each place' the attendance was large, and great interest was taken in the proceedings. At Koputaroa in the morning a service was held in the Settlers' HeQI, at which Mr. E. R. Winkler gave a stirring address. Ohau residents held their commemoration service in the morning', when the speaker was Mr. J. P. Bertram. Afterwards wreaths were laid on soldiers' graves in the Kuku Native cemetery.
