j Wallace Beery and Marjorie Main ! are- teamed for the fifth time in j M-G-M's "Rationing," the new' film | at the Civic Theatre. The comedy i is based on the newspaper headi lines of to-day with Beery cast as a jbutcher confronted with the trials iand tribulations of point rationing. jPetite Dorothy Morris, last seen in j "Cry 'Havoc'" and "The Human ! Comedy," and newcomer Tommy Batten, have the romantic leads of two youngsters facing a common wartime decision. Comic veterans Donald Meek, Howard Freeman, :Connie Gilchrist, Dickie Hall and Henry O'Neill are important members of the supporting cast.
