MEMBERS' ANNUAL MEETING
The annual meeting of the Le* vin Music Club waa held . recently a't the! fesidence of Mrs.' G. Bowers, Weraroa Road. Officers eiected for the year were: — Presiaent: Miss A. Aim; vice-president: Mrs. G. Bowers; secrecary: Mrs. A. Haley. {Several suggestions' for the 1946 season were made, and one which met with unanimous approval was 'that the club should endeavour to pbtain a box from the W.E.A. with a view to. study. It was left to Miss J. Davie to ascertain if this was possible. The president (Miss A. Aim) said how pleased the club was to welcome new members, both as per*formers and listeners, ^md mentioned that anyone who was interested could ' cqntact her by ringing 196D. At the conclusion . of the business, Mrs. Bowers kindly entertained members at supper.
