Russia regards Hungary as au indepoudent nation and will not iuterfere in her internal all'airs in any way, sajs the Daily Telegrapli 's Vienna corres pondent, when reporting the gist oi Marshal Stalin's discussions with the Ilungarian Prime Minister, M. Nagy. This assurance was given when M. Nagy complained of Russian iutcrfcrcnce iu purely Huugarian matters. Marshal Staliu also agreed to reduce the Russian oceupation forces iu Hungary, but declared it was at preseut impossible to make a large-scale reductiou.
