"Give tlie list of banned books ancl there are people who. would imhiediatelv get them. I am defuiitely against giving' any publicitv to books banned because of sex or obsceuity. " Mr. Dednian said. He added that books had to be referred to the Minister before they i were banned. The Minister tlien refer- j red them to the Literary Advisory Com- ( mitee for advice. Appeal was provided ; for anybody who disagreed with the j banning. I
