For tlie first time since 1935) tlie New Zealand laclies' golf championship will oe conducted this year — at the Shirley links, Christchurch, in October. These will be followed by the Wellington provincial chainpions'hips. Present haldei of the national title is Mrs. J. P. Hornabrook (formerly ' Mjss Suzanne Collins), who i\on it at New Plymouth.V Mrs Hornabrook, it is believed, will not be defending her title. Mrs. G.
