JET ENGINE EXPERTS RESIGN

Received Sunday, S.40 p.m. LONDON, April 14. . Sixteen of Britain 's top *rank jet engine experts have followed the lead of the jet engine inventor, Wing-Com-mander Frank Wkittle, and resigned from the £350,000 firm IPower Jets Ltd., whieh the Govermnent has taken over, says the Sunday Dispatch. Oue of the engineers stated they resigned because the Government ordered tliem not to make any more jet turbines for flight but to eoncentrate on experimental research. "We had some very promising designs on the way whic.h now probably won't see the light of day," he said.
