TRIBUTE TO BRITISH TROOPS IN GREECE
ATHENS, April 7. The British troops in Greece b.ad.contributed would to Greece's normal constitutional life, said Mr. Tsaldaris at a Press conference. The Government did not contemplate nieasures against any political parties which conducted activities yitbiu legal iimits, and expressions of opinion would remain free. Greece at tbe peace conference would demand _a f ew territor■les which had always been Greekj also rectification of the Bulgurian • frontier in order to secure the northern provinces from invasion. The Left Wing. parties who ahstained from the Greek elections have cabled the British, French, Russian, and Americans Governments asking for cancellation of the voting. The Left Wingers claim that the average abstention was 55 ner cent. and that irregularities have been proved.
