■ — — rr CONGRESS WILL NOT APPROVE Received Sunday 9.20 p.m. LONDON, April 7, The New Delhi radio reports that members of the Rritish Cabinet mission and the Viceroy conferred for 2J hoiu'S with the Congress Premiers pf Bombay, the United Prpvinces and Bihar and the prospective Premieps of several other provinces. The Fremier of the United Proyinceg said later that the discussions coverecl all problems relating to constitntional settlement, including Pakistan. Pandit Nehru, president of the All India Congress Party, declared ,at a Press cpnference that Congress was not going to agree to the Mpslem League's demand for Pakistan under any circumstances. "Even if the British Government agrees to it, nothing on earth, not even United Nations, is going to bring ahout the Pakistan Mr. Jinnah wantq," he declared.
