WELLINGTON, April 4. It is apparently considered that the New Zealand Army will not use horses again, as tlie Reniounts Subsidy Regulations, 1938, and the Remounts Subsidy Suspension Emergency Regulations, 1942, are revoked by order in tonight 's Gazette. Under the Reniounts Encouragement Act, 1944, a seheme was set out whereby owners of stallions could be granted a subsidy for the services ot their stallions, with a view to encourag ing the breeding of horses of the retnount type, and the 1938 regulations implemented this seheme.
