Coalition Government for Greece PLANS 0N M0NARCHY ISSUE

Received Friday, 10.40 a.m.' ATHENS, April 4. The Popnlist and Centre Bloc leaders have agreed to the forma■Dion of a Coalition Government, with Judge PoUlitzas as Prime Minister. Cabinet has been completed w4th the new Ministers taking office co-night. The Royalist leader, M. Tsaldaris, will be Minister of Foreign Affairs. Tnree Centrist leaders, M. George Papandreous, M. Paneyatis Kaneiiopouiis. and M. Sopocies Veneziios, will be Ministers without Portfolios. Other Ministers include: Interior, M. John Theotokis; Dfefence, M. Perols Mavromihailes. Both are Populists. Larlier it was reported that the Populists Party had abandoned the plan to hold an early p'lebiscite on fche Monarchy, and had decided to let the "new Parliament flx the date. With only ninety poiis outstanding, the state of the parties to-day is: Populists, 588,809; Centrists, 207,323; Liberals, 156,636; Zervas Party (Extreme Rightists), 62,117; and Royalists, 25,932.
