WELLINGTON, April 4. An executive - of the New 'Zealanri Education Boards Association was elected at the conference concluded in Wellington today. It was the flfst time such a committee had been eonstituted. Those elected were Messrs G. Maddison and W. L. Duiin ( Hawke 's Bay)', W. H. Melntyre (Nelson), A. E. Lawrence (Canterbury) and Major S. Rice , (Southland j. The. president, Mr. N. R. Seddon, ama the secretary, Mr. I. Dehvoll, are ex officio members.
