CANADIAN ESPIONAGE
PROGRESS OF INVESTIGATIONS Received Tuesday, 9.10 p.m. OTTAWA, April 2. The Prime Minister (Mr. W. L. MacKenzie King) announced that the Royal Commission on espionage had reported that no further orders for the detention and questioning of persons would be necessary. Therefore the revelant | Order-in-Council would be revoked forthwith. Mr. Mackenzie King did not rule out the possibility of further prosecutions.
