+ NEGOTIATIONS IN GREECE Received Tuesday 8.20 p.m. ATHENS, April 2. i Official returns from 1550 of '3000 ! polling stations in Greece give the Populists (Royalists) 269,489 votes, the National Unionists 118,741, the Liberals 23,390 and General Zervas' party 22,906. „ The latest indication of the proportion of non-voters was given earlier in the evening, when the results from 900 polling stations revealed that 47 per cent. abstained. The Populists' leaders are reported ! to have begun consultations with the National Unionists for the formation oi a coalition Government.
