WELLINGTON, ApriJ 1. The setting-up of a Royal Commission to investlgate the sheepfarming indus try was discussed with the Minister of Agriculture (Hon. B. Roberts) by representatives of the New Zealand Wool Board, aecording to a report 'presented at the monthly meeting of the board. It was stated that the position had beep carried a step further, ahd it was hoped', after the next meeting, to. be able to make some definite announcement. The board appointed the chairman (Mr N. R. Jameson), Mr. H. M. Christie and Mr, G. R. MacDonald to the Research Oommittee, and the inaugural meeting of this eominittee was held on March 28.
