Received Tuesday, 12.20 p.m. LONDON, April 1. The British Military Mission in Albania is withdrawing says Reuter's Rome correspondent. It is learned that relations between the British and Albanian Government have become increasirigly difficult. . The head of the British mission, Brigadier HodgSon, is now in Italyj and it is thought to be most unlikely that he will return. The British diplomatic representative to Albania, Mr. T. O. Rapp, who was appointed some months ago, remains in Italy after correspondence with the Premier, M. Tiraha, which re- . vealed" an unsatisfactory situation.
