NEW CABINET FORMED IN BELGIUM

LEFT-WING COALITION BRUSSELS, March 31. M. van Acker has formed a leftwing Coalition Government in which the Liberal Party is holding six portfolios, with the leader of the Liberal Party, M. Albert Deveze, as VicePremier. The Socialists are also holding six portfolios, the Communists four, and the non-Parliamentary technicians three. M. Spaak has been reappointed Poreign Minister. M. van Acker said that the Government 's main concern would he economic, ftnancial and social problems, for which special powers might he sought from Parliament. Other portfolios in the Cabinet in-* clude: Finance, M. de Voghel (Socialist); Justice, M. van Glebheke (Liberal); Interior, M. Buisseret (Liberal); Reconstruction, M. Jean Tereve (Communist); National Defence, Colonel Raoul Defraiteur (non-Parliamentary technician).
