Received Sunday, 8.30 p.m. . PARIS, March 31. The Foreign Office announced that Aiherica had assured Prance that the European peace conferenec would he neld in Paris on May 1, but Britain and Russia had not replied to inquiries whether Prance should go ahead and issue the invitations.
