' WELLINGTON, March 29. "A new and degraded standard has been set in politieal controversy by the persisteht pilblieation and reiteratioh, in spite of the xnost explicit and authoritative denial, of the falsehood in regard to the Labour Government having had under eonsideration legislation providing for disinheritance," said the Prime Minister (Rtr.„Han. P. . Frase'r) today. "The lie, promulgatefl in : the propaganda of the National Party and by its speakers, is sometimes inf erential and sometimeg plain and direet. I repeat what I have said previously — that.the. matter has never been considered, discussed by or even mentioned in the proceedings • of the Government during the whole term of its ten years in office. This; should conyince and satisfy honest people. "
