LANCASTER TAKES OFF ON 26,000-MILE TRIP
LONDON, March 26. Gunnory experts from the Empire Air Armauients Hchool at Manhy toou of! from St. Mawgan, Cornwail, in a l>ancaster, which is to take them on a I 2 ,000-mile tour of Australia and New ] Zealmd Air Force staticns. The plane j is due at Darwin on April 11, and after touring Australia will fly to Wellington. The leader of the mission said: "Wc shall 'be able to deinonstrate new secret devices for bomb sighling and ap paratus for shooting against enemy pJancs v/hich are invisible to the naked pye."
