PLEBISCITE AMONG POLISH SOLDIERS ABROAD
LONDON, March 24. A plebiscite will be held next month to enable the 107,000 members of the Polish forces in Italy to vote for or against returning to their own country, reports the Daily Telegraph's Rome correspondent. The opinion among the forces is that the number electing to return will be small, possibly less than a quarter.
