NEAR EASTERN BLOC AIM OF TALKS
SOYIET PAPER'S COMMENT Received Monday, 11.30 a.m. MOSCOW, March 24. The newspaper Red Fleet asserted that the talks between Turkey and Iraq are directed towards the t'ormation of a so-calied "Near Eastern Bloc.'' It would seem that Britain wants to ensure complete controi over these countries, which are so closely linked to her own interests.
