O'he fmal test pieee for tlie A Grade champiouships at tlie New Zealand Victory Band Contest was played in the Civic Theatre this evening before a packed house. The A Grade chanipionship is decided on two tests, the lirst of which was played 011 Tuesday evening. The winning band was the Wel lington Waterside Silver, one point ahead of Woolston and Ht. Kikla.
