TWO PRIZES TO OTAKI

LEVIN BOYS' BAND RAFFLE The instrument fund raffle which the Levin Boys' Band has conducted was drawn last evening under police supervision. The results were:— First prize, pair of carved horses valued at £8 8s: 2023, Otaki butt. Second prize, embossed leather writing case valued at £3 12s 6d: 53,. Doug. Lang, Roslyn Rd., Levin. Third prize, carved kauri bear, valued at £1 ls: 2068, D. B. Wilson, Otaki. As a result of the effort the band's instrument fund will benefit to the extent of £77 9s 6d.
