LABOUR COMMONERS CRITICISE SPEECH

One hundred and two mernbers of the House of Commons have so far signed a niotion by a iiabour member, i,j.r. : William Warbly, criticising Mr. Church ill's Fulton speech as "inimical to the1 cause of world peace. ' ' The motion asserts that security can only be maintained by streagthening the power and j authority of United Nations.
