WAIKANAE CLUB At a meeting of th'e newly-formec Waikanae Club on Friday nigh keen interest was taken' in the proceedings. The club is said to be in £ fiourishing condition, while th work already done has been most satisfaetorily carried out. Tht green is now being prepared ir, readiness for next season, while th^ officers in charge intend to leave nc jtone unturned to make the clrn one of the best on the coast. l .ennis court is also being prepared and it will thus be seen that thi popular resort is at last coming intcits own. :
