The work WaS 'agfega to, sfebject to it being cdnipleted td the satisfaction of the acting-engineer. - A compiaint as to the bad cdndition o'f South Manakau Road was received from Mr.- John D'Ath, and a reqriest was made that attention be given to sarne. — Resolved that the matter should be the subject of ari inspection by thfe Couhcil aS a whole.
