The meat consicts of a yeast which contains chemieally as much fat, alhumen ancfe calorles as meat. The new substitute will he marketed in the shape of flakes, to be added to soups and gravies. The mTTentor is also working on the uroduction of artificial outlets. The manufactnre of the yeast will begin this month at an' artificial wood factory at Lanzing, near Vienna.
