Mr. Bullivan said the main items expected to be available were large and small machine tools of all types, power plants, shipyard and dockvard plant, various types of chemieal plants, r.iil way equipment, plant for processlng ferrous and non-ferrous nietals aml val'ious special and general manufacturing plants.
